Electronic invoicing by country

In these countries Fudinow issues the electronic tax document when the check is paid. Everywhere else the system works the same and you keep issuing invoices as you do today.

Ministry of Finance (Hacienda) · documents v4.4Connection included in Fudinow: no separate provider to sign up withIn testing

What «in testing» means

The integration is built and tested against simulators of each provider, but it has not yet issued a real document with a restaurant's account in that country. When it does, it changes to «Available» here.

How you turn it on

In Settings → Invoicing, with the restaurant's account at its country's provider: you enter its credentials, test the connection and Fudinow issues the document when the check is paid.

In Costa Rica

You do not sign up with a separate provider. In Settings → Invoicing you register the business with its ID number (Fudinow fetches its legal name and activities from Hacienda), set your sequence numbers, enter your Hacienda e-invoicing credentials and activate.

If something fails

If the authority or the provider is slow, the document stays pending and retries on its own. If it is rejected, the receipt shows the reason and a «Retry» button. Payment is never blocked.

If your country is not on the list

Fudinow works just the same: you sell, you charge, you track inventory and you get your reports. The sale gets Fudinow's simple receipt and a tax document is never faked; you keep issuing invoices the way you do today. If you want your country added, write to us.
